Putnam County Council-District 1: Wayne Huffman and David Fuhrman. Putnam County Clerk of the Circuit Court: Debbie Ensor and Tracy Bridges. Putnam County Recorder: Heather Gilbert and Lorie Halley-Talbert. Putnam County Surveyor: David Penturf and Greg Williams.
